Shipping policy
Processing Time All Phoenix Life products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipping, depending on the product and demand.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via our print-on-demand partners (Printify/Printful) using carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at phoenixliferise@gmail.com or via direct message on our social channels and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
