RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day policy for reporting issues, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report a problem.
Print-On-Demand Items Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will reship or refund your order at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original item.
How to Report an Issue Contact us at phoenixliferise@gmail.com or via direct message on our social channels. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at phoenixliferise@gmail.com.
European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
